KITCHEN TIP - Freezing leftover Sauces and other soft or liquid leftovers.

Too often, you will just take your leftover sauces or other soft foods, stuff them in a freezer bag, label it and toss it into the freezer.

But, after a while, when you open your freezer you will find this pile of leftovers, each a different size taking up space and the thought of organizing them is just too much of a challenge.

Well, try this one out.

1- Place the Sauce or other soft leftover into a freezer bag, as usual.
2- This time place it, flat, into a pie pan or other flat container and then set this container into your freezer.
3-Once frozen, you now have a flat leftover package that you can store in your freezer, taking up a lot less room and easy to sort through.
