COLD WATER and DIGESTION
There is some confusion with people as to whether one should drink Cold Water with or right after a meal or not.
In actuality, a healthy body's digestive system will sense if the temperature of what is ingested is too cold or not as it does with chemicals in the foods.
And if the temperature of the consumed foods are out of the proper range the body uses stored energy to adjust the food to the acceptable temperature for proper digestion.
Once you accept this premise, you realize that if you body tells you that it wants Water, even Cold Water, then you should give it what it wants.
If you still have some concerns, then you should probably drink Cool Water or Room Temperature Water, to ease your mind, if for no other reason.
