CILANTRO - HERB - Health Benefits of using Cilantro

CILANTRO is a very popular Herb that has been used for its unique flavor in foods, as well as for its medicinal properties for thousands of years.

Here are some of its purported uses;

BREATH FRESHENER- Chewing a couple of leaves of Cilantro or drinking a Tea made from the leaves can help get rid of bad breath and even help with HALITOSIS.

DIGESTION- Eating Cilantro in foods helps with Digestion by enhancing gastric secretions.

CILANTRO TEA- To make a Cilantro Tea for Halitosis, add 2-tsp. of minced Cilantro and 1-tsp of minced Mint, along with 1-tsp of Lemon Zest to 1-quart of boiling water. Let the mixture sit and cool, filter the liquid, and use it as a gargle.

CILANTRO Infusion- To make a Cilantro Infusion, simply add 1 to 1-1/2 tsp, of minced Cilantro to 1-cup of boiling water. Allow the mis\xture to sit for 10-minutes and cool, the use.
