BASIL - Herb

BASIL is an aromatic Herb that is used virtually around the world in cooking for it's unique flavor

BASIL also has medicinal properties such as:

CHOLESTEROL- Basil is purported to help reduce Cholesterol if it is consumed daily in Teas.

DIGESTION- Basis is said to help with digestion and to ease stomach cramps, reduce the severity of Gas, constipation and Vomiting.

PAINS- Basil Tea is said to ease the pains from Insect Bites and Sore Throats.

BASIL TEA- Make Basil Tea by adding approximately 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons of minced Basil to 1-cup of boiling water. Allow the mixture to steep for about ten minutes, then filter it and then drink the liquid.
